We will never sell your contact information, nor give it to any third party, except in the event of a request from law enforcement.

We will not contact you with any sales promotions etc. unless you request it, except to inform you if there are unpaid-for contributions that have come in, and to ask if you want to pay for us to process them.

We will feel compelled to report any evidence of child abuse or ongoing criminal activity.

We will only post submissions on the website if permitted by both the project originator and the contributor.

Copyright automatically belongs to the originator of any creation, unless transferred.  Contribution of stories implies that the project contributor is granting unlimited usage under that copyright ONLY to the project sponsor, and that the operators of the Remembering Together website (Missing Octave Insights, Inc.) have the right to sell copies of scrapbook projects only within the parameters allowed by the project sponsor.  Artwork added by us to scrapbooks remains the property of Missing Octave Insights, Inc. and may not be copied for commercial purposes, but permission is granted to the project sponsor to photocopy said hardcopy scrapbooks to be given as gifts to family and friends.  Copying directly from the website is not allowed unless specifically authorized by the various copyright owners.
